CLS-60/120 Force Feedback Yoke (Shipping Payment)

Note #1: Rural addresses will be subject to additional rural delivery surcharges.

Note #2: The price quote for courier shipping is based on theoretical dimensional weight and may be adjusted according to the actual scanned dimensions upon receipt at courier warehouses.

Note #3: This shipping payment covers only 1 x CLS-60 or 1 x CLS-120. Please make two payments if you ordered two yokes.

Note #4: If you ordered the FC-50 or FC-100 flight console, an additional shipping payment will be required due to the higher shipment weight. We will contact you directly regarding this.

General Terms & Conditions

This product is intended solely for personal use and is not authorized for commercial purposes. Each customer is limited to purchasing a maximum of two units. This restriction ensures fair access to our products and helps prevent bulk buying for resale. It is important for customers to adhere to these terms to maintain the integrity and intended use of the purchase.

NOTE: You are responsible for covering all shipping charges, as well as any duties and taxes incurred during the transportation of goods. This means that the costs associated with the delivery of this item from the point of dispatch to the destination, including any fees imposed by customs or tax authorities, must be borne by you, the customer.

Shipping Cost Estimates (Updated 20 Aug 2024)

Our heavy flight simulator hardware devices weight quite a bit, so we understand you may be concerned about shipping cost to your address.

To address this, here are your shipping options:

Shipping Option #1 - Sea Freight Followed by Last Mile Ground Transportation

This option requires us to coordinate with shippers and consolidate about 1,000kgs worth of goods shipping to the same port destination. For our CLS-60 and CLS-120 force feedback yokes, this equates to about 83 units (based on dimensional weight). Do note that if you opt for this shipping method, you will need to wait until we are able to meet the 1,000kg consolidation requirement before shipping your unit.

Shipping Duration: Expect 40 to 60 days

This shipping option is estimated to cost around USD 120 to 150 to most global destinations.

Shipping Option #2 - Express Courier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL)

This option is the quickest but also the most costly. There is no need to consolidate orders, and we can ship as soon as Quality Control (QC) is completed.

Shipping Duration: Expect around 7 to 14 days

This shipping option is estimated to cost around USD 180 to 250 to most global destinations.

Cancelling an Order

Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact us with your full name and order ID.

A 5% fee will apply for order cancellations.

If you are unsure about any of our products, please contact us or conduct any necessary research to ensure the product meets your needs. There are no exceptions to the minimum 5% fee on cancellations.

Refund Policy

If, after receiving the product, you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of the receipt date to initiate a full refund or an exchange.

Please ensure that any products being returned or exchanged are in the same condition as when received and include all original packaging and materials.

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs for returning items to us, as well as shipping costs for exchanged items from us to you. Additionally, we may require that the costs associated with return shipping be pre-paid through bank transfer or another payment method prior to sending your item back to us.

Do note that in the event of a refund, the amount returned will be less a 10% administrative fee to cover processing costs. 

This policy helps us to manage returns and exchanges effectively while ensuring that products are returned in their original condition.
